Het Ketelhuis at Strijp S is the most dynamic restaurant of Eindhoven.
We work mostly with local products and whole animals,
Bake our own bread, make our own sausages and charcuterie,
our extensive wine list changes with the seasons,
our beer list can stand comparison with a specialist beer pub,
we profile ourselves as a coffee/lunch spot in the afternoon and as a cocktail bar in the evening,
we are a wedding, event and company party location,
and we are always looking for new opportunities.

We have an international team, and both English and Dutch are spoken.

We are currently looking for a Head of Service II / Floor Manager.
This woman or man will be in charge of the floor of our restaurant for part of the time.

A Chef-Service is first and foremost a hostess/host.

For this vacancy we apply the job profile of the KHN:
The Chef Service II can be found mainly in the medium-sized hospitality industry where dishes and
beverages are served. She/he operationally manages the waiters.
She/he is responsible for planning, arranging and directing the employees in the execution of their work and provides for the operational management.

recruitment and selection). The Chef Service II assists in the operation of the restaurant, if necessary.

MBO level 3 – 4 work and thinking level,
Preferably supplemented with SHV and/or BHV diploma,
Insight into the (statutory) regulations in the field of safety and (social) hygiene,
