












KETELHUIS
Bread comes from our bakery, honey from the bee colony on the roof, herbs from our own rooftop garden, olive oil from our orchard in Portugal.
Our chefs work with whole animals, vegetables from local farmers, and everything is prepared according to traditional methods.
Our food is just plain cool.
Not only our food changes through the seasons, so does the Ketelhuis itself! Craftbeers and spontaneous parties in the spring, stone oven pizza, funky cocktails and live music in the summer, barbeque and bock beer in the fall, wood fires and red wine in the winter.
Since 2011, Ketelhuis is the living room of Strijp S, the place where food, drink, art and culture meet.
